I’m Angela, a conscious parenting guide and mom.
I believe children deserve to grow without shrinking, and that parents deserve to come home to themselves in the process. That’s the heart of my work, supporting parents in becoming more aware so their relationships with their children feel more steady, more honest, and more alive.
For a long time, I was caught in the “shoulds.” How I should parent, how my children should behave, what a good mother was supposed to look like. I followed the advice, I tried to get it right, and still something didn’t feel aligned.
What I came to realize is that the shift I was looking for wasn’t out there. It was in me.
My children weren’t asking for a perfected version of me. They were asking for presence, and that meant starting to notice what I was carrying, patterns, expectations, pressure I hadn’t even realized were shaping how I showed up. As that awareness grew, things began to soften. Not because everything became easy, but because I was meeting it differently.
Parenting has a way of bringing you face to face with yourself. The moments that feel the hardest aren’t signs that you’re failing, they’re often pointing to something deeper that’s ready to be seen.
Most parents already know what they’re “supposed” to do. Stay calm, connect first, respond instead of react. But in real life, in the moments that matter, something else can take over. That’s where this work lives.
Not in adding more strategies, but in slowing down enough to understand what’s happening underneath.
Because when you begin to see that more clearly, your responses start to shift, not from effort, but from awareness. And when that shifts, your child feels it. The dynamic changes. Connection isn’t something you have to force in the same way.
This isn’t about becoming a better parent but it’s about becoming a more aware one.
And from there, something more honest, more connected, and more sustainable begins to take shape.
If that resonates, I’m here to walk alongside you.
